Welcome to the website of the Bologna-Ozzano Technopole “Rita Levi-Montalcini”.
Our facility hosts research laboratories and belongs to a network of 11 infrastructures focusing on industrial research, development and technological transfer.
Bologna Technopole, located in Ozzano dell’Emilia, carries out its activities in the buildings belonging to IRET Foundation (750 sqm on a total land area of 10.000 sqm).
Inside the Technopole there are several laboratories: morphology and cell biology, advanced microscopy and image analysis, proteomics and molecular biology, microsurgery and behavioral analysis connected with a modern animal facility.
The Technopole’s mission is to offer easy access to the regional network of High Technologies Labs and all the services related.
The Bologna-Ozzano Technopole “Rita Levi-Montalcini” promotes an effective matching between companies and research centers, also offering know-how, instruments and spaces.
